Chris Fehnel only laughs at his own jokes

When I was a kid I used to love Cadbury Cream Eggs. I was always so excited when they came around every year.

Today, I stopped by my local Sheetz for my morning ritual of 24 oz. “Serious Roast” coffee and $1.99 hoagie of varying meats and cheeses. Right next to the coffee center, I noticed a box full of bright, shiny, ready for consumption Cadbury Cream Eggs. “What the heck,” I exclaimed with glee.

As I went outside and got into my car, I took my first bite of the Cadbury Cream Egg, and only one thought went through my head. “These things are absolutely revolting.”

That startling realization brings me to where I’m at now, pondering my youthful likes and dislikes. As kids, did we ever really like the taste of Cadbury Cream Eggs or did we just like the thought of having a chocolate, cream-filled egg being defecated by a cute white bunny? Was all the allure and belief that we were eating something delicious a misconception of our minds generated by the fun factor that is portrayed by TV commercials and in-store displays?

I don’t recall, but one thing is for sure, they are disgusting to me now. Does anyone as an adult find these things to be even remotely edible?

Salena a.k.a Tubby posted a picture of an Etch-A-Sketch she did while her sister watched “The Real World.” She must be really lame and hate that show, so she was bored and did this in her “spare time.”

I agree with Colin, I think she needs a straight-jacket or something, considering any sane person can’t even do a straight line on those devices that are about as fun as being at the DMV on Saturday morning or taking a kick in the region from a kangaroo that just had her joey stolen.

I have never done a video post before. I’ll probably never do one again if I don’t have to. So get it while it’s up.

Anyone and everyone who knows me knows that I am horrible at waking up on time. It is never intentional, but it is always consistent. I’ve had spurts where I have been able to wake up on time when I have been especially motivated.

So I’m using my website as motivation. I hate to embarrass myself and I for one am not a huge fan of video blogging. I have decided that if I am more then 5 minutes late to work three times I will post a video post that will surely be embarrassing. To ensure that I am not cheating, I will Twitter when I arrive at my office every morning. If I am more than 5 minutes late and I don’t post it, call me out on it. Every third time I do it I’ll post an embarrassing video of myself.

I sincerely hope this will be enough motivation to wake up on time. I really think if I woke up on time on a regular basis, I’d be a much happier person.

I just finished watching the last episode of Ze Frank’s “The Show.” I really liked the way he ended things. The song was very touching.

It’s sad “The Show” is coming to an end. While I started watching late in it’s run, the episodes I did watch were more hit than miss and even if they did miss on rare occasions, they were never unoriginal and at least a little bit thought provoking.

I can’t wait to see what Ze does next, but it’s hard to believe it won’t be successful. In the meantime, catch up on his popular episodes and look forward to the enhanced archive that they are working on.
