Insanity Day 2 – Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Insanity Day 1 was pretty insane. Insanity Day 2 was really insane. I can’t even imagine what the MAX workouts are going to be like. But man, I had an absolute blast doing this workout. As Tony would say “How could you be in that much pain, and be having that much fun?”
If you want to give this workout a shot, make sure you are already relatively physically fit. If you are unsure about any workout program, ask your doctor before you start. Also, invest in a heart rate monitor. You should really have one for this workout.

Great video!
Thank you for this as, it gives a real feel for the program.
Keep up the good work!
PS: Your cat is hysterically funny in the video as they appear to be just chillin’ while you work your @ss off.
I don’t know when you posted this, but I just started INSANITY myself. VERY INTENSE!! Seeing it in fast forward put an interesting look to it. Like you, I can only imagine what the max workouts will be like. Stick with it and good luck!

Tashina
im on day 3 very sore but so worth it the end..
Hey,
Thanks for the effort and I hope you have fun with that workout.
thanks for the great description/demonstation. I was interested in insanity for a while and not sure what to think of it. I guess I’ll get fitter before I do it…that looks OUCH!
Anyway, you’re cute.
Thanks for the post.
I’m about two weeks into the program and really enjoying/hating it.
I’m also glad to see I’m not the only one that gets his butt kicked during the routines.
I was in the Marine Corp for 4 years and this is the only routine I’ve found that pushes me as hard as the corps did.
Keep It up!
I have lately purchased a weslo treadmill, and I am worriedif extended use will damage my knees and if so is there anything that I can do to avoid that?
Insanity is really tough and its much about pushing yourself to the next level. Good luck.
I had about the same results my first time through the plyometric cardio circuit. This workout program is Insane!
