Critter: Yes, I did take my day 30 pics and I think that is one of the reasons I&#039;m so amped to kick it in to high gear this next phase and the phases to follow.

I&#039;m really excited to take my day 60 pictures to see if this phase made as big a difference as my first one.</description>

This time it is more about accomplishing your goals and completing P90X than it is about doing it to lose weight. Which I think will work much better for you.

		<description>Yeah dude! I like what I see here. It&#039;s only been a month and you&#039;ve got some very nice results so far.

Nutrition is 70% of your results. Focus on sticking to the plan as much as possible. It&#039;s hard eating as much as the plan calls for but you get used to it. :)

Whatever it is that&#039;s keeping you motivated, keep doing it. Replay episodes of &lt;i&gt;The Biggest Loser&lt;/i&gt; if you have to or get me to give you a reality check. Just keep doing it. :)</description>
